I’m addicted to experimenting with wacky and wonderful health alternatives and exploring ways to be mindful so that I can be the best unique version of ME!
My journey on and off the court has been encompassed with highs and lows, but a mantra I have perched myself upon is that sometimes missing out on something good, leads us to something great.
I am a combination of inner resourcefulness and open mindfulness to guide myself through whatever life dares to throw my way. Engrained in me is a strong work ethic that’s driven by a deep passion to never miss a moment to learn and grow.

I’m often explained as the eccentric one of the family but over the years I have learnt to embrace it.
To me, different is cool.
When I’m not playing netball, I find time to complete my Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at Deakin and have managed to graduate with distinction from my music course at the Australian College of the Arts in 2017.
I find authenticity, dedication and a high work ethic the most valuable qualities I live by and find happiness in learning, helping others or tackling new and exciting challenges.
I am extremely passionate about mental health through my empathetic nature and my own personal struggles. I find great purpose in allowing others into my world, sharing my stories and connecting with people.
I’m a sucker for good music, good coffee, the beach and the company of my wonderful family and friends. Oh, and my dog Tuck! (see pictured).
